The Canary Islands Rally, the fourth event of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge saw the second consecutive absolute triumph of Škoda Fabia Super 2000 vehicles.

After the first day of Rally Canarias, the fourth round of the Interncontinental Rally Challenge series, the first two places belong to the crews of Skoda Motorsport.

Rally Argentina was dominated by Škoda cars. Juho Hänninen crowned his excellent performance with a convincing victory, second was Guy Wilks (Škoda UK Motorsport team) and third place was occupied by Jan Kopecký

The second event of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge (IRC) series saw an unpleasant weather at the beginning of the race.

All of the three crews of the Škoda Motorsport team managed to get among the first five in the ranking – Juho Hänninen came second, Nicolas Vouilloz third and Jan Kopecký fifth.

Jan Kopecký and Petr Starý of the Škoda Motorsport team have won the Principe de Asturias Rally taking place near Oviedo, Spain, thus ensuring that the finish of this year's IRC series will be very dramatic.
